PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE YOU BOOK!
BOOKING POLICY
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. If a studio rental is required, the studio fee must also be paid in full upfront along with the retainer.
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. You also have the option to pay for your session in full at the time of booking.
By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of Jon J Photography LLC.
PAYMENT POLICY
Acceptable forms of payment include:

✔ Credit/Debit Cards
✔ Zelle
✔ Apple Pay
✔ Cash App
✔ PayPal
✔ Invoice Payment
🚫 No refunds will be provided on completed images. All sales are final.
LATE POLICY
Please respect both our time and yours by arriving on time and fully prepared for your session.
15-Minute Grace Period: No penalty.
Arriving More Than 15 Minutes Late: Your session time may be shortened to accommodate the next booking.
Arriving More Than 30 Minutes Late: A $50 late fee will be added to the remaining balance. If the schedule does not allow for an extension, your session may be canceled without a refund.
To avoid any issues, please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 3 days in advance.
Rescheduling
A $75 rescheduling fee applies to all rescheduled sessions.
All rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original booking.
If a studio rental was booked, you will be responsible for any non-refundable studio fees, in addition to the rescheduling fee.
Clients may reschedule only once per session.
Cancellations & No-Shows
If you cancel within 3 days of your session or fail to show up, all payments made are forfeited and non-refundable.
If a studio rental was booked, you are responsible for any non-refundable studio fees in addition to the retainer.
Jon J Photography LLC is not obligated to rebook the session or issue refunds for missed appointments.
DELIVERY OF SERVICES
You will receive a private online gallery within 24-48 hours after your session to review unedited images.
After you make your final selections, edited images will be delivered within 7-12 business days.
Expedited editing (48-72 hours) is available for $150. This must be paid in full before editing begins.
Please book accordingly to ensure your images are delivered in time for any deadlines.
PROPS & STUDIO POLICIES
Confetti and glitter are NOT allowed in rented studio spaces. However, we can add confetti effects digitally during editing.
If your session is outdoors or on location, you may bring confetti or glitter, but you are responsible for cleanup.
Clients must bring their own props (balloons, cakes, decorations, etc.). The photographer does not provide props.
Chairs and stools will be available in the studio if needed.
STUDIO & LOCATION GUIDELINES
✔ Jon J Photography LLC provides in-studio and on-location services.
✔ Studio rentals must be confirmed at booking, and any non-refundable fees are the client’s responsibility.
✔ If your session is on location, travel fees may apply depending on the distance.
✔ The studio address will be provided after booking.
