PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE YOU BOOK!!!
I do not provide props. ALL RETAINER FEES/DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS (Other than what is listed in your booking) WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL FEE. I am located at Let’s Create Magic Studios : 3021 McNaughton Dr. Suite 5, Columbia, SC 29223 All packages are retouched and enhanced specifically.
LATE POLICY:
Please respect my time and yours and arrive promptly if not on time, 10 minutes early for your session. If you are late to your session, there is a possibility your session will be canceled or that your time may be cut short. If scheduling does allow us to proceed with the session, penalties do apply as follows:
15 Minutes Late- $25.00
25 Minutes Late- Session will be canceled
CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING:
ALL retainer fees & sessions are NON-REFUNDABLE. Client may reschedule the date of the portrait shoot listed above no later than 2 days prior to the scheduled appointment time as specified in the acuity confirmation email with the written approval of the Photographer. Should the Photographer be unable to accommodate the Client's rescheduled date, the Client will not be held responsible for the remaining balance of this portrait photography contract but will forfeit their initial deposit.
Images
I try to make every effort to ensure the consistent quality of all edited images. Standard delivery of raw unedited .jpg images is 24-72hrs. The standard return time of edits is 3-4 weeks (updated within packages. We recommend shooting at least three weeks prior to the date images are needed. If the wrong image was chosen by the client and post-production has already been completed by the photographer, a new fee will be attached to choosing the correct picture for re-editing.
Additional Edits
Additional edits will need to be paid in full before the editing process can begin.
Additional edits are not included if you add on a rush turnaround time on your standard booking photo amount.
Depending on the number of additional edits, ( 7+ ) may result in another week to your turnaround time. If you would like all of them back at the same time I will suggest keeping the additional edits under 7.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are within each package details
An estimated date within the weeks of your standard turnaround time will be provided on the cover of your photo gallery upon choosing photos.
Paying for a rush turnaround after the shoot will start the following day of when you sent the payment for a rush turnaround ( considering you already choose your photos)
Do not suspect that I will have your photos done BEFORE the standard turnaround time, book accordingly so you can have them when you need them ( unless you pay for a rush turnaround time)
Asking me if the photos are done every week will not resolve anything.
Rush Turnarounds
If your photos are needed before the estimated standard turnaround time, you MUST add rush turnaround time to your appointment when booking.
Rushing me without paying for a rush turnaround will not solve anything.
Additional Notes
I have a studio garage located at 3021 McNaughton Dr, Suite 5, Columbia, SC 29223
Makeup Artists/Hairstylists are welcome on set during your shoot for touch-ups only!
The Shoot
If you are going to be late, let me know.
Your time starts at the time that you book for, not when you arrive
Arriving early so you can do your makeup or get dressed is acceptable.
No champagne popping or any liquids.
Friends and family are welcome, just don’t make it a party be mindful you have a time limit.
Props:
Please note that the Photographer does not provide ANY Props( Balloons, Confetti, Cakes and etc) those items are to be purchased by the client to be used in the shoot! The photographer is not responsible to supply any additional props, or accessories prior to, or during a session. Failure to properly prepare will solely serve the photographer no responsibility.
Stools and props chairs are provided for you in the studio!
I am not responsible for providing out-of-studio props and or accessories such as balloons, cake, and confetti. We encourage clients to provide any prop they deem beneficial to the shoot idea. No Champagne popping, heavy bubble blowing, or any use of liquids that will not stay within an object, or sealed within the studio. I do not provide props

NEW COVID-19 PRECAUTION POLICIES
Jon J Photography LLC. COVID-19 Photoshoot Precaution Policies effective immediately.
-Up to 2 Guests are allowed to accompany you on Set. All other Non-essential guests are not allowed on set of your scheduled photo session In-Studio
-All people visiting the studio must sanitize their hands upon arrival to the studio. Hand sanitizer is provided inside the studio.
⁃ Please do not come to your scheduled photo session if you feel sick. Even if you only have a common cold. Please alert the photographer if you have any environment-related allergies that may cause you to cough or sneeze.
⁃ You may reschedule your scheduled photo session prior to the date without any penalty if you have ANY kind of illness.
⁃ The photographer has the right to cancel and end any photo session early if the client appears to exhibit any COVID-19-related symptoms.
- The Photographer will keep a distance of 7 feet or more from all clients and guests. Clients will be able to review their session images once sent their online photo gallery via email within 1 hr of the end of the photo session.
Client and or guest(s) will not be able to view images via the photographer's camera during the photo session to prevent the possible passing of germs and to adhere to the 7-foot social distancing guidelines.
